Our house is a modern one-storey house, which we during the last two years have more or less completely renovated and modernized to top standard. It consist of a big living room with an adjoining living room equipped with a double bed settee and our internet setup, an open kitchen – dining room, a comfortable masterbedroom, a small onebed room and two bathrooms.
We are in the process of redoing our garden, where we have 3 – 4 terraces
furnished with comfortably 5 position chairs and tables.

The house is the last house situated in a cul-de-sac. We have only neighbours
by our front entrance. On the other three sides there are a private open air areal lying approx 4 meters lower, hence no traffic, no noise very quiet and peaceful.

We are located 15 min. walk from downtown where you will find all the specialist stores. We have 2 shopping centres within a distance of max. 1 mile with plenty of food stores.

The Neighbourghood

Elsinore is an ideally located place to stay if you want to have the combination of nature with forests and beaches, sea and the capital of Copenhagen. It takes approc. 30 min. by car to center of Copenhagen. Train leaves every 20 min. from dawn to midnight with only 45 min. to centre. Across the Oeresund you will find Sweden. Three different ferries connections running every 20 min. or half hour. Sailing time only 20 min.

We have three good beaches, several golf courses and much forest only few minutes drive away. And numerous famous castles too. In Elsinore KRONBORG
with the HAMLET story, in Fredensborg – Fredensborg Castle, the Quinns summer recidence and in Hilleroed Frederiksborg Castle, now a museum. If you are in for modern art, the we have the LOUISIANA some 5 -6 miles away.
Copenhagen is of course a city of its own.

The People
We are an active couple where Birgit (66) is still active as loboratorychief
and photographer at the Oeresund Aquarium. I Gunnar (73) is a retired
merchant and now busy renovating the house/garden. We love good food, travelling music and modern art and design.
