Description

Low STUDIO! very centric with sunny garden, totally furnished and equipped with heating with private patio. The flat is in a renovated historical building.

Very good location: For maximum 3 people. Walking to 5 min. of Sol (epicentre of Madrid), of Museums of the Prado, It's very near of Reina Sofia Museum, Thyssen Museum and Park of the Retiro. there are 10 lines buses, the Central Station trains of Atocha (to 7 minutes walking) and Station Sur "Méndez Alvaro" to 10 minutes walking.

Main characteristics:

Interior: Completely furnished: with vitroceramica electrical kitchen (cuisine), refrigerator, electrical oven, washer, utensillos, etc. Coffee pot, Toaster, Squeezer. Wide lounge with double bed of 140 cm of width, and another additional space with a bed of 90 cm and cupboards. Complete bathroom with shower of hydromassage, Clothes of bed and towels.

Few words about yourself

My sister and me are looking for our vacation home exchange since 20 May to 20 July that we are going to UK (London, Scotland and Ireland), she is an English teacher and I am a statistics professor a University in Madrid, and also work in a scientific research center. She has a home in Argentina and I have two in Madrid. We be in every place 2 weeks, if anyone has a home during these dates, please write to me I speak very little English. thanks.
This is my second home, the change is possible from June 20 th until August 31 2010.
